By using NeatGo you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Everything you put into NeatGo is yours. We only store and process it to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you have no right to, or content that is illegal.
Paid plans are subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Cancel any time through your store account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the store.
On the Free plan your inventory is stored only on your device and is not backed up by us. We are not responsible for data lost when a device is lost, reset or the app is deleted.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue cloud storage we will give paid users notice and a way to export.
You can stop using NeatGo and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
To the extent the law allows, NeatGo is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
