NeatGo is an inventory app. Most of what you put into it stays on your phone. This page explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to get it removed. We do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.

Camera is used to photograph items and to scan QR labels. Photo library is used to attach existing photos and to save labels. Both are optional; the app works without them.
On the Free plan your inventory is stored only on your device. The only thing that leaves it is your sign-in identity. If you delete the app or lose the phone, that inventory is gone with it; this is why cloud backup is a paid feature.
On Pro and Max your inventory, photos and documents are copied to our servers so they can be restored and synced. They are hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States (West US 2 region), encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only with your account.
If you join a team, the projects shared with that team are visible to its members. Your private projects are not. A team owner can remove members; a removed member loses access to the shared projects.
Only the services needed to run the app. Each receives the minimum it needs to do its job.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose data only if required by law.
Account and cloud data are kept while your account exists. Deleted items are removed from the cloud within 30 days. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Email support@neatgoapp.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We remove your account, your cloud inventory, photos and documents within 30 days and confirm by email. Data on your own phone is removed when you delete the app. In-app account deletion is being added.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at the address above. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have these rights under local law; we honour them for everyone.
NeatGo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app.
